Taking some time away from your work and focusing on your body can help you work harder and concentrate more on all the other things you want to do!
Eating - The foods we eat can have a huge effect on our overall health both physically and mentally. Eating a balanced diet is important so you can continue doing the things you love. It’s also important to use moderation when choosing what to eat (we all need ice cream sometimes).
